Your Vote. Your Voice. Unbought & Unbossed: "Shirley" Film Screening & Public Forum

A special film screening honoring the legacy of Shirley Chisholm, followed by a dynamic panel discussion about Chisholm, how to run for office, and the urgency of mobilizing voters in this year's critical midterm election.

The panel discussion will include:

• Lisa Rayam, host of "Political Breakfast" and "Morning Edition" with WABE 90.1 FM -- a broadcast veteran with extensive experience in both radio and television.
• Mayor Jayden Williams of Stockbridge, GA -- a Clark Atlanta University alumnus who defeated the incumbent mayor and was elected as the youngest mayor in Stockbridge history at 22 years old in November 2025.
• Dr. Crystal R. Sanders, Professor of African American Studies at Emory University -- an award-winning historian of the United States in the twentieth century. Her research and teaching interests include African American History, Black Women's History, Civil Rights History, and the History of Black Education.
